Refund & Cancellation Policy for Crocodilian Hotel & Restaurant

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests, the following terms apply to all bookings and functions. We kindly ask that you review these policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 70% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 1 month before booking date:

    • 10% of the total amount will be retained.

  • Cancellation 7 days before booking date:

    • 30% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation 1 day before or on the booking date:

    • 100% cancellation fee applies.

All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
